It appeared to be a sponge cake, but it is made entirely of regular white bread instead. On top of that, the "fruits" that are layered between the bread seems to actually be vegetables.

The toppings are prawns, hard-boiled egg, olives, and apples as well…while the rose decorations are actually made of salmon. It really feels like a salad.

This is called a sandwich cake.
It's a must-have party food in this area.
