This was honestly one of my favourite parts to translate for the first half of the event haha
Also a general note since this is my first time approaching Idia’s voice: when it comes to his tablet speech, I follow what the EN localisation does for the most part (lowercase and no full-stops) There was one line where I added a full-stop solely because it would have been really confusing to just not break the sentence (he was going on a tangent at that point)
Title: Members Assemble! - God-Tier Development Ahoy!!! Characters: Jade, Epel, Idia, Sebek, Grim

I swear i bite off more than i can chew 99% of the time. Decided to pick up this event because it looks like a whole bag of laughs and fun. Updates will be slower this time since admittedly, this is my first time translating Epel’s dialogue, much less tackling his dialect, and all the parts will be uploaded following JP proofreading from okaykei.
A bit of general note about Epel’s dialect: It’s a mixture of northern Japanese dialects including vocab from Aomori and Hokkaido (and maybe more?) I tried to use Yorkshire dialect in translating, but uh. I’m no native speaker, so I think some stuff might sound awkward, but I’m trying.
I really want to be careful about this event in general because I haven’t translated for some of the characters (Idia, Epel, Jade technically, but Jade doesn’t speak as funky as Idia and Epel) before.

For the Chapter/Episode 5 title, there’s a lot going on there which well, I tried to capture the essence of, but it’s quite a fascinating brainworm for me. Man, if I actually interpreted this wrongly after thinking about this for deadass 30min i will just. Collapse.
大輪ファイヤー
First it consists of 大輪 which can be a descriptor for big flowers. As in, imagine you have a regular chrysanthemum, and another chrysanthemum that is 1.5x bigger. That second one’s considered 大輪. It can also refer to large flowers in general. The second component is just a simple katakana for fire.
It sounds kinda nonsensical at first, but the one word we keep throwing about so often throughout this event, and the subject of the event itself has always been the fireworks, which in Japanese is written as 花火 - the kanji consists of flower (花) and fire (火).
TLDR they just said ‘fucking huge fireworks’. I tried to capture the essence of this jumbo mumbo word fuckery with a simple title at first with something like Impressive Fireworks, but then I was like fuck it metaphor it shall be
